-Reponses for all sale activity including: strategic planning, target setting, strategic implementation, managing sale team to attain the target….
-Build up and manage the sale team include: 03 sale manager/2 account sale manager/ 2 sales engineer
-Training, coaching and managing the sales team to attain the sale target
-Directly participate in sales activity for large sales project or with high complexity
-Maintaining the relationship with both customer and supplier
4. Tiêu chí tuyển dụng
HARD SKILL
-Education: BA or higher degree in automation, engineer, electrics or other related fields
-Sales experience: 5 years in engineer sale
-Experiencing in oil/gas equipment -Sale ability: Good -Understanding market: Good -Foreign Trading & Commerce: Good
-Product knowledge: the candidate should have the basic knowledge about Emerson product and good ability for updating product knowledge within 1 or 2 months. (Referred those who has solid experience in Emerson Product)
-Willing to travel: 50% of working load will be outside HCMC (Vung Tau and other Provinces)
