Here are first steps with RIFF JTAG Box:

• Download RIFF Box USB Driver
  
• Download JTAG Manager setup
  
• Connect RIFF Box and install provided USB Driver
  

Now You are ready to download complete repair packs ,new
firmware and latest JTAG Manager software:

• Run the JTAG Manager setup file and install it
  
• Click JTAG Manager icon in Quick Launch menu, or run it from
  Start-> Program Files menu
  
• Switch to "Box Service" TAB and click "Check for Updates" button
  
• Allow JTAG MAnager to access internet if You have firewall
  
• JTAG Manager will connect to update server and inform You about
  available updates.
  
• Click "Download Selected" and wait for process to be finished.
  Take note, there is around 250 MB of files at the moment, so in case
  You want only new firmware and JTAG Manager, and some of the repair
  DLL-s, You can uncheck rest of the files and download only selected.
  
• After download is finished, You will be notified, and JTAG
  Manager will restart, informing You about new firmware.
  
• Finish the firmware upgrade process and after RIFF Box restart
  You are ready to work.
  

Working with dead phones:

• Start the JTAG Manager and switch to "Resurrection" TAB
  
• Select Your model and its part - PDA or Modem if You have
  Samsung
  
• Click "Interface pinout" button and connect the PCB to RIFF Box
  20 pin connector
  
• Click "Resurrection Help" and CAREFULLY read
  the manual!
  
• Click on "Resurrection" button and wait for process to be
  finished
  
• Assemble PCB and reflash it with normal firmware
  
• Thats it
  

If You have any problem which is not described in Resurrection
Manual, please ask on forum. Always try to include operation log and
as much as possible informations.

Please start JTAG Manager and click “Check for Updates” button. You’ll
be notified about new DLL-s, download it and restart the software.
“HTC_Dream.dll” contains pinout, repair instructions and required repair
files for HTC Dream Google G1 Unbrick, Unlock and IMEI repair.

- Addedd CoreSight DAP ROM Table processing for automatic ARM core search.

case simple TAP number is impossible to select (like in OMAP850)
- Addedd feature to set custom timeout after NRST is asserted back to high level

Please start the JTAG Manager and click "Check for updates" button.
You'll be notified about new updates. Download everything and restart
the software.
Box firmware will be updated automatically, but in case box stucks in
bootcore mode, update firmware manually. Make sure to select v1.12
firmware.
