2. Thông tin công việc


a. Finance, Human Resources and Student Management Functions.


- Co-ordinate the preparation of the annual budget, monthly management accounts and
audited accounts for submission to Chairman and BOD
- Perform reviews of divisional activity against budget and other key targets
- Take a leading role in development and monitoring of all income generation activities
- Oversee the provision of finance, administrative and HR support to the organisation on acontinuing basis
- Maintain an effective system for the recruitment, management, training and development of staff and volunteers to achieve the organisation’s objectives
- Oversee training of staff members, including the setting, monitoring and achievement of key performance indicators.
- Review the administrative systems, procedures and working practices of Organization’s personnel to ensure an effective appraisal system.
- To be responsible for all training and teaching faculties to ensure highest standard delivery.


b. Sale & Marketing and Business Development


- To develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of organization sales goals and profitability.
- To prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- To initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- To be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Conducts one-on-one review with all Sale and Marketing Staff to build more effective
communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance.
- To provides timely feedback to BOD regarding overall performance.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications
submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.





c. Other operational duties


In addition, this post will interface directly with all aspects of the organization’s operational activity, allowing an objective, high level assessment of overall effectiveness and efficiency to be ascertained and monitored. This will include:
- Working with Team Leaders to develop a business plan for individual Teams and ensure that appropriate targets are set, monitored and achieved
- Ensure high levels of teaching and partner satisfaction are maintained at all times, including regular monitoring and assessment
- Investigate and resolve individual supporter and partner based queries and complaints, as necessary
- Monitor income generation and all external publicity to ensure it is consistent with
organization’s objectives and is within guidelines issued by the relevant regulatory bodies
- Take a leading role in the development and production of all communications materials, both internal and external, including the use and development of Company’s website. Monitor and review the effectiveness of communications on an ongoing basis
- Ensure that all financial payments are made appropriately or as agreed and in a timely manner


3. KNOWLEGDE:


- Understanding of process and structure of higher education management
- Possessing the knowledge about Vietnam Education System.


4. EXPERIENCE:


- At least 3 years experiences working in multinational company with size of more than 1000 employees as Director Level
- Previous experience of supervising a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience of supervising a workforce at middle age (more than 30)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A willingness to be ‘hands on’ in order to ensure the organization is run effectively and
efficiently at all times.
- Experience in the setting, and achievement of, both personal and team targets.


5. SKILL AND ABILITY:


- A demonstrable high level of effective organizational skill
- Result-oriented and accepting challenge
- Business Development & Negotiation Skill
